Our Portfolio
We acquire and manage commercial, retail, and residential income properties in high-barrier markets. Our focus is on long-term tenants, net leases, and below-replacement-cost basis. We leverage cost segregation, bonus depreciation, and 1031 exchange structures to maximize after-tax returns — underwriting conservatively and operating with minimal leverage to ensure durability across cycles.
Our public and private market investment activity targets asymmetric opportunities in undervalued equities, tax-advantaged structures, and select private co-investments. We maintain a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction ideas, managed with tax-loss harvesting discipline, LTCG timing, and a multi-year holding mindset that allows compounding to do its work.
